Ironically, Halo was going to be a Mac game. Then Microsoft offered Bungie to make a Realse title. i have a feeling that if Halo was a Mac game it would never have been as popular, and would have been the Death of FPSs everywhere. Not becuase Mac are Bad (I play on an iMac) But becuase FPSs had to make a move on Console games.
BTW, 90% of things people like in modern FPSs came from Halo CE. Which means that Halo is better than Call of Duty.
Here it is on CD, not that cheap though. http://www.amazon.com/Halo-Mac/dp/B00006IQTH
Can't find a download, sry.
Btw, almost all of the things Halo: Combat Evolved did came from games that preceded it like Starsiege: Tribes, Marathon, Unreal Tournament, etc. Halo was the first to do those on consoles, though, which is its legacy.
$45 plus shipping for a copy in 'very good' condition
to a MAC.
what.
and it's even a LAPTOP.
Wrong. A MAC version was released but that was some time ago. Good luck trying to find a copy or just go on ebay.
