Games for girls

Hey all,
I'm looking for a few games for my girls (11 and 10 years old) which are girl orientated.

I'll start with the games me and my sister play a lot... (who is 11)

-Minecraft
-Awesomenauts (minor violence, but nothing worse than you see in cartoons)
-Bastion (some violence, no blood, just killing alien-like beings.)
-Bleed (not as violent as it sounds, has a female protagonist)
-Portal 1 and 2
-Scribblenauts Unlimited
-MySims
-Cave Story (minor violence, cute characters and bunnies. This is a difficult game, however.)
-Terraria (viewer discretion advised, blood and zombies, but not realistic. Depends on what you're okay with them watching.)
-Starbound
-Garry's Mod (only as much violence as the player creates.)

All of these games (with the exception of Terraria) have no swearing, realistic blood, gore, or sexual themes. Coming from a Christian household the rules are a little more strict than elsewhere, so if they're fine for my sister, you'd probably be fine with them for you girls.

i would suggest portal series (hard puzzles) but enjoyable game for everyone ducktales remasterd and trine series

Just because you don't agree that my suggestions were "for girls" doesn't give you the right to be so rude.

It gets incredibly frustrating to constantly be belittled and made fun of because of your gender. I'm not saying you did that but it is a common joke in the gaming community. "Lol, girls only play barbie games or facebook games." It get's on my nerves, but taking it out on you was unfair, I'm sorry.

OP, if you're still here, I'd love to hear if you bought your daughters any games yet, and what they thought about them.

Op i suggest you get portal for them,the game is AAA and it doesnt have any violence,its also very funny game,not to mention this game trains the brain,its a rly good puzzle game,i bet they will like it,good luck!

yeah minecraft you cant turn off the monsters so it wont be so much violence so they can just explore and build stuff

tribes ascend has violence but it's with laser guns and you go so fast you can't even see it

Now im not saying gender specific cuz i think any kid around the age of ten could play these games
Age of empires 3
Spelunky and Risk of rain are actually ok in my opinion but probably to frustrateing also not saying an opinion but if your one of those really anti violence parents than i think

Terraria
would be good fun games with minimal violence and theyre alot of fun :)
