Is Kazakhstan a "poor" country?
I mean, they have natural resources such as oil to become rich from, but the UAE still wins over them since their geographical location is more favorable due to having a port where you can ship barrels to and from point A to point B while Kazakhstan only has the Caspian Sea, and the closet port city is Aktau meaning you have to start from Azerbaijan first just to ship oil.

Apparently, people there live with 435,000₸ a month as their salary (that is only speaking for those who live in the metropolis or large cities where it's "upper class" like Astana or Almaty) but their GDP per capita is around $11,000 while I think the USA is around $89,000 per capita. The geographical framework of the country is mostly mountainous or empty.

All former soviet States are "poor" by default. They've been given the worse hand that's been made even worse due to Russian corruption culture seeping into theirs.
Borat has money.

Median salary in Khazakstan is about 259,463 tenge/month, about 520 USD.
So unless their cost of living is very low, I would say yes it is a poor country.
It is the size of all of Europe and only has 20 million people.
$166 Billion of external debt.
Average yearly income $9600 in USA dollars.
Impossible for them to pay their debt.

lol check your earth globe if you think kazastan is big like europe

average incoming is not matter, what matter is country gdp, kazastan can sell oil and uranium to china and also they buy european junk to resell it to russia, their gdp in 2024 was 260 billion$$

mean their debt=60-70% of their gdp

usa is 124%

The Boogey Man

a door opens
somehow a latch on a lock finds itself under something elses will
a passerby notices
speaks to no one
enters invisible
searches around
the owners arrive
a key in a lock
how'd that door go?
finds themselves trapped
sneak on down yet still no one is home
confused leaves
taking nothing
leaving their aromas
owners just realized the door is unlocked
the keys someplace else and a smell like awful
overwhelms

Ever try to live off the land when it is drained dry of those natural resources?
Gonna race cars on silt dried lakes?
Everyone build a tower that can house 2,000,000 and set up as dominos across the landscape?

Apparently the bigger they aren't the more the huge wants them to fail.

Kinda makes we want to pull out switch blade combs and sort through fibers then pour- over will and pore over this document until find who has what where is belongs to what country at the time.

So time consuming. Can get another Ayran? No fresh glass don't pour it from the jug here.

Poor? I'm sure haven't checked a place for that. Is it a felines call, dispose of them. Rather watch polo played on camel then watch one of them wretch.
