When she asked me, "do you really mean it?" I said no, honey, they're just song lyrics from the past. Of course I know now that I probably should have said that I really meant it, because she said she was no longer hungry and then stormed off to her bedroom. All that work cooking breakfast for nothing.

I don't think I'm going to sing anymore while I'm in the kitchen, because song lyrics can sometimes be misinterpreted.
