BMI is a terrible indicator, it only assumes the additional mass is fat. You can weigh that much if you have higher muscle mass.

I agree that BMI is kinda ass, it does get some anatomies right but probably just the average one, i'm smaller but i have a larger build like my legs never were sticks like some very tall peoples i'm large but under average height but my weight is definitely justified to some extent, but i'm still kinda overweight without it being currently a problem or kilograms i can lose i have like 3 or 4 too much kilograms i'd say that's about it.

I mean i gotta shave at times too might as well make the beard disappear so i delay having to take care of it for longer, i prefer practicality over aesthethic there.
