A femboy bellydancing strikes me as rather queer. As if there's something not quite on the level going on here.

On the one hand this is more or less the 'femboy aesthetic,' on the other hand it's a flat stereotype like jean jackets for bis.

I don't think I have strong opinions one way or another, but I don't think that queerdom is a necessary component of the femboy identity.
