Flamethrower in original Alien vs Predator (now called Alien vs. Predator Classic 2000) was the business. I don't remember it from the remake so I guess it wasn't very good.

the flare gun and aerosol can in "blood", the msdos fps. they both feel very fun to use, and the animations/sfx when enemies are lit on fire are amazing and fun.
