Do you think stores should ban these people
So gas stations may get away with it but other corporations shouldn't allow people who smell like weed in their stores think about the children and people with asthma you don't want them to die.

We already have signs that say no shirt, no pants, no shoes no service they should add on to it saying if you smell like weed no service go away.

Why allow these weed doers in the stores when the smell is so strong it kills asthma people.

i mean

in my country it is illegal to smoke in the stores

the smell itself is not going to trigger an asthma attack

Strongly disagree. Smoke is the issue.

Denying service in general is a dumb thing to do as a service provider. Unless of course the costumer causes damages and trouble. But denying service to a costumer because because the service provider doesn't like them is not a reasonable reason, it is just wrong.

Anyway back on topic. Maybe give them a pack of mints?

The people, under their representative government, grant the store the right to exist. The store can not ban the people without due process, and if the store undermines any human rights afforded to all, the store will be banned.

Okay, how is the smell of smoke, either from pipes, cigars, cigarettes, or pot, going to trigger someone with asthma?

1. Asthma attacks because of the smell.

2..those attacks lead to death if ambulance takes too long or inhaler isn't on the person

3. Yes smoke causes attacks.

4. But for those who really have asthma.

5. All it takes is how long they have to endure that smell.

6. Smells unrelated even proven that if you smell something you can pass out. But for people with asthma they have high chance of death when attack occurs by weed doers or other smells that trigger it.

Yet they don't allow people with no pants or shoes or shirt do you see men complaining about no shirt, do you see people complaining about no shoes do you see people complaining about no pants. No why because it the companies right to do it and they should care about their consumers safety.

I don't wanna open up a can of worms here, but one thing that always got to me during the pandemic was people freaking out that having to wear a mask inside a store was a violation of their rights, but having to wear shoes wasn't.
Chowder Head Oct 13, 2023 @ 9:18am
the shoes and masks issues were litigated in court. unwarranted bans over smells haven't.
