Good question, I say yes for alot of art is already been made on PC's and you can't even see it but if we say Ai made all artwork, all artwork would look the same, it's really easy to tell if it's made by human or Ai also the Ai style always looks the same in a way but human artwork almost never do that

I have seen digital artists work.

I have seen AI artists work.

I rule in favor of digital artists being the better makers of artwork. There is thought put into the work. More than AI artists can say.
