wasn't always Switzerland? lots of people keep their money there so i guess that's the most neutral and always will be neutral for that sole reason.
things change though.

Switzerland.

Edit. They haven’t been in a war since 1847.

Switzerland broke their promise of Neutrality in 2022, they're no longer neutral.
Care to enlighten me about it?

Reason: They send weapons to Ukraine.

didn't knew that. hmm. would that mean that they would also fight in a war as well?
wouldn't giving arms be different than actually participating in a war as Switzerland?

For free, it was a so called "Military Aid Bundle" in partnership with Germany.
How generous of them.

Technically other nations can now legaly challenge (declare war) Switzerland without it being a war crime, since they're no longer neutral.
I’m pretty sure Switzerland has that covered. From my research it seems they have bunkers, fortified battle lines, and terrain advantage anyone who wants to invade. Not to mention a formidable army and armed civilians. They are a force to be reckoned with.

Japan also has a defense only policy. They don’t have a true military but they do have the Japanese Self-Defense Force.

Edit: They are backed up by the United States. It’s like that wimpy kid with a strong body guard.
