No, not quiet.

Austria send weapons to Ukraine, for money, but still.

Japan is a member of NATO as far as I know and thus not neutral.

not updated site. but there are still plenty who are true neutral as countries.

Panama
Costa Rica
Rwanda
San Marino
Ireland
Serbia
Singapore
Liechtenstein
Sweden
Malta
Mexico
Turkmenistan
Monaco
Uzbekistan
Mongolia
Vatican City
Moldova

Sometimes I wonder why America didn’t annex Mexico? I’m talking about in the 1800s when they were at war.

When I make my own country it’s not gonna be neutral or defense only. It’s gonna be attack only. Lol.

Edit: Geneva Convention? Geneva Suggestion.

Gad. Pretty sure it isn't even recognized as a country anymore.

Funny they still blur the satellite images there though. Neutral country, but nobody's neutral about it really.

i think very few countries feel neutral, in no particular order of what i think is neutral is where life feels relativelevy quite and not backwards is countries around australia and new zealand, perhaps a few other like iceland or greenland, the rest i feel like slowsly or fastly turning into 3rd world states in a nice 1st world wrap, i think its due to wrong immigration policy and pure geography wise ie remote island stataes feel much more safer from immigration flood because its easier to break or trespass by land or sea if its short distance like from africa to italy, so in short its more about geography of the country imo if its neutral or not as there are safer feeling and no need of a country be involved in anything as it wont affect life of its citizens that much. as much as neutrality goes however it also maybe negative like for example being neutral to a fire of a country close or something but what it comes down to still i think neutrality really is only achieved in immigratiion/quality of life/safety of its citizens, ie if neutrality or relative neutrality achieves safety of its citizens and positive outcome on quality of life. in the long run however i think it would be hard to achieve as population crisis increases people from less developed countries will flood every developed country in hope of a better life, thus negating any positive outcome or neutrality so to speak as immigrant often wreck the country and turn it into failed state at one point or another entire civilizations where overrun and subdued in history of manking, ie most large empires to a point the people of those civs had to abandoned its land and left someplace else entirely.

Most neutral country doesnt matter, most safe, secured and "peaceful" country matters..
here is an actual list and world map which is constantly updated:

https://www.visionofhumanity.org/maps/#/

P.s.:
Before Russia has started their War against Ukraine, the UK & Ireland had been within top 5. Ireland still is at #3, for example.

If you would ask me which country I would choose to move over, it would be New Zealand, Japan, Iceland, and/or even Argentinia. Canada is a really beautiful country, but infested with mosquitoes and ticks.. sadly.

No one would mind if Britain would do some of it's famous "visitation".

It happened one time, and their response was to buy an anti-naval cannon. They've been openly hostile to eachother ever since.

Many lower-ranking naval officers said this would happen, but people with rank simply countermanded them and demanded that Britain alienate Seaworld in order to maintain its political position as The Reason People Have Guns.
