The Game Awards? More like the Unreal Engine 5 game showcase event!

Literally 80 to 90% of new games presented are made with UE5. Oh no. They're going to either be fine or be complete disasters with generic looks, horrible performance and forced launchers and stuff.

I stopped paying attention to game awards decades ago when a bad low quality formula 1 racing game won "best racing game" against infinitely superior titles like Burnout, Need for Speed, Midnight Club, etc.

Game companies pay to have their game win, whichever company pays more = their game wins the award.

Those are the two main engines that are being used which is stupid... Developers need to license out their engines more often....
