See, that's what I thought, but, looking it up, they're calling Ōkamiden a "spiritual successor" instead of a sequel. Honestly, I don't understand why.
Maybe there's a reason that's obvious if you play the game (I've only played Okami) but, as far as I know, Ōkamiden takes place in the same world and is set after the story of Okami, that sounds like a sequel *shrugs*.
Yes, it's a game. However, it's likely in early development since this teaser trailer is simply announcing that they've started working on it. It'll be a while before we see any actual gameplay footage, I think.
