I wonder if unplugging the antenna, letting the cord dangle conspicuously, and maybe attaching a note in large letters "No TV license, feck off" would result in obscenity complaints.

Crazy that in the UK it's mandatory by law to pay money to a company which protected multiple sex offenders, even if you don't watch their awful pig trough of a news channel.
