I'll begin:

When dealing with difficult situations, detach yourself from emotions of fear/anger/stress by thinking of them as clouds passing by, rather than storms that you get sucked into. This means that in your mind, instead of saying "I'm scared" you should detach yourself from that emotion by saying "I feel fear". This makes you think of fear as a separate entity from you, which will make it easier to take the next step in whatever you are doing, or going through.

So much stress from work, family and society, it's hard to hold it together sometimes. Luckily I just killed a raccoon with my bare hands and ate it raw, then I took a ♥♥♥♥ in the woods.
