3.5TB free, what do I do with it? (NO PORN, STOP.)

So I have a LOT of space free on my hard drive(s). I have a completely empty 3TB and a 500GB that I'm only using for the OS and programs like VLC and paint.net.

I got the 3TB hard drive for recording videos, etc. But that never took off because I don't have a program to edit and render/compress videos.

HOW DO I FILL THIS THING UP?!?! It's almost impossible for me because I already have a 1TB HDD full of all my games and it's not even 100% full (for games in the future).

Please give me tips and stuff I should get.

Just search 'Download YouTube video's' like http://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch001002.htm and then save video's you like.

I don't like the MP4 format, no one who does youtube videos does. Also, I need to edit the videos as well.
