3.5TB free, what do I do with it? (NO PORN, STOP.)

So I have a LOT of space free on my hard drive(s). I have a completely empty 3TB and a 500GB that I'm only using for the OS and programs like VLC and paint.net.

I got the 3TB hard drive for recording videos, etc. But that never took off because I don't have a program to edit and render/compress videos.

HOW DO I FILL THIS THING UP?!?! It's almost impossible for me because I already have a 1TB HDD full of all my games and it's not even 100% full (for games in the future).

Please give me tips and stuff I should get.

MP4 is fine. MP4 is how the files get uploaded onto youtube anyways when it gets processed I believe. You can do mkv, or m4v or whatever it is aswell. Handbrake is perfect, and Windows Movie Maker is fine unless you want to do some cheap lens flare rubbish.
