I have a question, why is a lot of people on game forums when they state their own opinion on the game, everyone goes ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and immature, complaining and whining more than politic leaders do to each other? It's sad as hell.

It may be that a large portion of the internet are kids, therefore understandably having more undeveloped minds which leads to sensitivity and being prone to being butthurt.

A large portion of the internet are also trolling ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ who think they can get away with saying anything they want and not giving a ♥♥♥♥.

And then a large portion also consists of the people who are extremely self concious about themselves and seek for people's approval, play videogames, ask for advice, and go ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ over "constructive critisicim." These are the people that make you wonder "They're asking for an opinion but can't take critisicm. Why?"

And then there are actually people who contribute to a thread irreguardless of it's strangeness.
These are the people who are usually more kind and mature.

Aka being an adult

And then inteligient people, who ignore instead of making things 10x worse.

I agree with this and this is true. I mean, sometimes I look through forums and see it to be a worthy forum to say my opinion on (like stating your opinion on a game and pros and flaws of it) but then it immediately turns to hell because a lot of immature kids on it that shouldn't even be playing the game in the first place. And bloodtypes0pos is trying to be a troll, trolling is nothing but a sign of poor intelligence.

It is human standards. It's default in the psychology that if something calls something "you" like bad, then "you" feel offended. Even though it is not personal towards you.

Some can handle it, some can't.

For example, if i say Team Fortress 2 is a game for little MLP kiddos, i'm sure half here would feel massively offended.

Some people build their identity around things like their support to a certain product or company. That happens in football, religion, politics, and gaming too. They may feel you're offending them if you attack that interest that serves as a pillar for their individuality.
