Does Steam accept BPI Express Teller Card and Prepaid Debit Card?

Okay so I plan on opening a BPI Express Teller Card and from what I know is that it is a Debit Card but it doesn't have visa or mastercard printed on it. So can I still use it guys? Oh and by the way does steam accept Prepaid Debit Card?

yes to prepaid, but i don't know about the other one. Ask Steam or valve if they do.

afaik, BPI does not support buying items online OUTSIDE the philippines..

rcbc debit card supports buying online , including funding steam wallet and directly buying using the debit function.

Sorry for the somewhat later reply since I haven't used steam in a while, no it doesn't accept BPI express teller card. I ended up having to make a paymaya account and just loading it in 7/11.
