Well, from what i saw when i played the game, the game doesn't reward killing civilians, only cops have to be killed to proceed to the next level.

From what i heard about the new assassins creed.It will allow you to kill anyone with no downside
In other assasins creeds you kill 3 people and you die

Nothing was said about pushing people down stairs though XD

The problem with this game's random killing compared to say, Postal or GTA, is that the violence seems personal; the stabbings are harsh and executions are over the top (much like Manhunt 2). Just shouldn't be on steam... We don't need to fuel the mental people who want it.
