A short while back, I took a photo of myself from the side, and I found out that I have a weaker jawline than I thought (not too bad, but I definitely want better. I'm very big on self improvement) I bought one of those Jaw exercisers but now I've heard they're a scam and also linked to arthritis in the jaw.

I did some research, came across what people call "mewing" and I'm wondering if anyone can tell me if it really works?

Apparently you basically close your teeth and push your tongue to the roof of your mouth?
