buttermilk is fantastic:)
and nothing overprocessed to skimmed milk:)
the fat naturally floats on the top of the milk can.. you skim that off.. thats natural cream.. the rest is semi-skimmed milk.
-
if you shake the rest up.. you get butter and buttermilk.
nothing overprocessed about that.
But the worst experience with milk was rice milk in coffee in some "alternative" household. And all the replacement products feel like water with flour in it. Rather disgusting.
Buttermilk with sugar is nice in the summer though - as i read it above.
“Yeah. I’m gonna suck this cow’s udder.”
those who could drink milk were very tall (all well over 2m) strong manly man who replaced much of the than population from europe;)
the high dairy consumption in netherlands is also why we are so tall;)
nothing wrong with pasturised semi-skimmed milk (standard milk) which indeed if propertly refrigerated lasts about 8-10 days.
raw milk lasts 2-3 days
sterilised milk can last upto 6 months bot tastes terrible.
we also sell special "coffeemilk" which is a special type of sterilised cream.
cream in coffee is better than milk.
I personally like my cofffee black.
and if you ever serve me soywater, oatmealwater, ricewater, or almondjuice.. as milk... I toss the beverage in your face.
cocosmilk I tolerate.. but ONLY in dishes in belongs in... don't you dare adding it to my coffee..
But... but, what will you have your cookies with?
I always knew Steam was full of dairychads.
