interrogating me in my sleep is a breach of international agreements, and I've put up with it for a bit. but they're clearly starting to feel entitled to my wellbeing and psychological health as a crutch.

I have identified their DOJ contact as well, but they're considered an asset so they'll go largely unpunished. unless rosa decides to compromise her own position further by outing them, which I will discover and will report if she does.
on the weekends she goes home and posts on reddit, steam, and other social media to support russian actions utilizing their us military clearance. both for information gathering as well as authority assertion above her rank and station.
as such I'm recommending that she be removed from active military service, and then deported back to russia where i have written conscription orders for her. on the front. I've rcommended against giving her a military intelligence position, owing to her loyalty to the us and actions in knowingly compromising russian interests to achieve that loyalty, but this is a nebulous suggestion and the person in charge of where i've deployed her is a vampire and will likely give her a field intelligence position just to spite me.
Hopefully they develop some respect for humanity watching everyone they care about die up close. Maybe they won't intentionally engineer wars, encourage suicides, and ultimately contribute to violence in civillian populations. Nor act to reinforce the circumstances which give rise to war in the first place.
Maybe stray artillery will land on their comms tent. Who knows.
