You can't actually detect someone staring at you as some kind of psychic ability.

You cant actually sense someone looking at you. However, in a fraction of your peripheral vision you notice someone staring at you your brain will quickly pick up on it and you will unconsciously look back. But no, you don't actually sense this.

I guess if it´s just a feeling, without the actual evidence, it´s some kind of paranoia.

Or - like in some other thread - apparently an odd German habit is to stare at people. But how do the people know about it, without staring at Germans? And why is it seen as odd by others if they do the same thing, given the opportunity? This is what i wonder about...
