You can't actually detect someone staring at you as some kind of psychic ability.
Or - like in some other thread - apparently an odd German habit is to stare at people. But how do the people know about it, without staring at Germans? And why is it seen as odd by others if they do the same thing, given the opportunity? This is what i wonder about...
