Just eyeballing what I recall about the entire situation as a former county government employee, there's at least a half-dozen that come to mind and they'd all result in instant job termination. That's not including the personal "ethics violations", like having an extramarital affair with a married man or using campaign funds to have extramarital affairs with a married man while running the campaign and having the extramarital affair with a married man.

The case is so poisoned at this point that an unbiased jury pool is impossible.
