7mb/s Download speed for games? Is this good or bad?

Howdy iam just wondering how my service is serving me I just got it installed today ( Comcast ) iam able to downlaod a 8gb game within 12-15 Minutes timeframe.Whats your thoughts on this,fast or no?
Compared to what I had before this is like day and night diffrence, In the past it would take me a day or so (24hrs) to download 1 game lol. Pretty pathetic Huh?

I think it's super fast. I get 300 kb per second and that size a game would take me 8 hours...

I feel like this is a straight Flex post haha. Lol being aware that It was night and day from your previous connection you still want to show everyone that you can download at 7-8 mbps Hahaha. Good for you and all but come on bra

Lol no iam not trying to show off just trying to see what other users are getting on average. Also wondering whats the max-speed you can get as well. Sorry if it came out wrong that wasnt my intention.

7 is fine. I used to game with that. Games dont actually need that much bandwidth.

i get 1.6-2.8 and love how fast a game can do i did payday2 in 35mins i think so 7 should be rapid no real need to pre load lol with them speeds

I don't know how much is mine but yesterday I downloaded Injustice and it was 10-15 min I guess.

It's pretty good speed I guess. I usually get around 10MB, but sometimes I drop as low as 1 or 2 if it's a busy time.

i think its damn good! i get about 6.5 mbs and can download a 30gig game in about half an hour.

It would take about 10 and a half hours. (I presume 6.5mb per second/mbps and not 6.5MB/s)

I think he was just giving an Estimated time lol. People are so quick to call you out when it comes to hardware lol. I just find it funny thats all.

It took me around 15 Minutes to download Call of duty Black ops which is a 8gb game I wanna say? With my previous internet provider this would of taken at least 24 hrs to download if not longer! I had one of those wireless 3g/4g sticks but it wasnt even nearing the advertised speed or what i was being charged . I also wonder whats the Fastest service somone can get like myself other then Comsast>? Any ideas?Thanks.
