consoles are pretty easy to use, if you don't know how to use a PS3 it's a miracle you even turned on your computer to make this post
When i meant more probles i meant like it crashes and brakes easily.
And fyi the computer working miracle is nothing compared to what i have been through.
thank you for clarifying the specifics.
In general it means that a computer from 9 years ago aint to powerful
PC has many more in-depth games than consoles, but you better have a good PC either built for cheap or paid for thousands. Consoles are set to play all games with a decent framerate and graphics.
Many children tend to roam the console lands, but here on steam you'll find plenty of idiots.
Games can be cheap for both PC and console.
A console begins to wear out after about 5 years of use. Unlike a Pc, you can just upgrade it so it extends its lifespan, and possibly power.
^ Just some stuff to help you decide what to stick with
ok thanks this changes my deci9sion a bit, i need to think through a bit more.
Nah, you just want to update it to the latest version software if possible by the end of this year (before they discontinue any support). Then you can leave it alone (you don't even have to update if you don't want, but probably best to, if you can connect online)... it will be fine to simply play games and run bluray movies, just by throwing the disc into the system. No messing around "fun", it just either works or it doesn't, nothing much you can do, unless your going to mod the hardware too.
For example: Update features (ver 4.66)
http://uk.playstation.com/systemsoftwareps3/
- System software stability during use of some features has been improved.
- Depending on the software title, you may not be able to play without first updating the PS3 system software.
Consoles are good for kids who don't care about tweaking around or upgrading their system, rather just want to throw something in already optimized to work on that system and play away. Personally I find this extremely boring and ripped mine apart when I was a kid and mounted it into a AR.Drone Quadricopter to fly around with the Playstation controller, however I'm not considered a normal average kid.
Just buy a PS4 and play the PS3 games through that.
ps4 doen't have backward compatibility as far as I know.
Yes i know there is a network but as far as i know i could get an entire system for much cheaper than a system with most of itt games on steam with a few games worth the entire console for (probably kh3)
I dislike eating steak, i prefer chops droewors and why was isn't working inserted, i don't understand its purpose.
The early Playstation 3's resembled Grills.
