NEED HELP PLEASE:
i had purchase steam 5$ eclub from gamex here: https://epins.gamex.ph/steam
but i dont know where to put those codes,

Any Steam cards purchased outside of Steam should be codes you can redeem here:
http://store.steampowered.com/account/redeemwalletcode/

No idea what eclub points are, or gamex.

cant redeem there sir, cant top up my eclub account to purchace steam wallet from eclub,.
eclub is one of the 4 steam payment methods.
Paypal / VISA / Master card and ECLUB

in the redeem wallet code in your steam
just top up... the pin that is given. those with letters,,,

I've been using it since January. I highly recommend it if you don't want to spend your money on transportation to go through a mall. GameX is very reliable whenever you needed to buy some top-ups like Steam Wallet.

Just visit your near "tindahan" or sari-sari store, buy a regular load, then visit GameX to purchase Steam Wallet. Simple.As.THAT!
