I don't know, but it sounds like something in LittleBigPlanet. Try looking through the soundtrack.

Hahah! God, now I feel stupid. I actually found it on my own. Took some serious investigating. I had to play the video in the OP into a track ID, that found a meditation album which had a track that used that song but with some woman speaking over it. No help there, except she had another track which used a song I recocnised from an LA Beast video. So I went to find that video and saw where he got it, went there and looked for ages and finally found Frozen Star.

Then I look in Steam and saw it was there all along.
