How come Def Jam Vendetta/fight for NY arn't on steam?

There's plenty of PS2 games on here, How come these 2 ain't on steam, They were my favorite games growing up.

Just gonna take a wild guess here...but the fact that they were never made for PC might make it a little hard to sell them on Steam.
