A lot of the time the games are pretty terrible but you can pick up the odd gem for literally pennies.
Alright, thanks a lot :]
After you pay them, theyre gonna come to your house and cut your ♥♥♥♥ off.
Darn.. ;/
The pricing is a double-edged sword. The devs probably wouldn't put these games up there if they were able to sell them properly the normal way. You can get tons of games for dirt cheap this way that are often far away from full-fledged AAA titles but not necessarily bad either. If I like games a lot I got that way I usually spend more, like for DLC, for gift copies, for soundtracks and so on. Perhaps that is what they are counting on. I don't know for sure, and sometimes I feel bad for buying these bundles even though I get the chance to try games that way I probably would've never touched in the first place.
If you look at these bundle sites you'll soon notice that certain titles appear more often than not. It's a bit of laziness from the people who organize them, maybe, or lack of alternatives. Some bundles sites offer a bigger variety than others (I often buy Humble Bundle and IndieGala). I would want to avoid putting up my games in them as I don't think that "If I really like this I'll buy more copies/content" is something that too many gamers live by though so I'm torn really.
