Looking for non-isometric, custom character-based RPG.

I love RPGs where I can flesh out characters in the small interactions throughout the game. I've played the ones I have to the point where I don't see much point in replaying them; I start a new character only to find myself thinking of how I don't want to play through the more tedious moments.

Can anyone suggest any RPGs that match the following criteria? I'm open to suggestions from the Early Access heap.
1. You make the character yourself and have dialogue options that aren't only for gathering information.
2. No isometric throwbacks to Baldur's Gate, Final Fantasy, or similar.

For the purpose of pre-empting suggestions: I've played both KotOR games, TOR, all three Mass Effect games, Dragon Age 1&2, Stick of Truth, Alpha Protocol, Arcanum, all three Deus Ex games, Warlords Battlecry 3, Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas, Fable 1 through 3, Elder Scrolls 3 though 5, Divinity: Dragon Commander, Planescape, and Vampire: Bloodlines. Not all of those match the aforementioned criteria, but when I've asked this question in the past, responders have often overlooked that point.

Oh and since you like Bioware games Dragon Age : Inquisition is really great, I already put more than 150 hours in it and I'm maybe at 50% of the main story. Wonderful game.

Second DA:I, great game you can spend ages in. finished it twice myself. And will go back again and make another character to play through.
