Any Tokusatsu fans here?

For those that don't know what Tokusatsu is, think Power Rangers, now go to their Japanese counterpart, Super Sentai. Pretty much a show that's LOADED with Special effects and such.

The big ones are Kamen Rider and Super Sentai but there's more like GARO (which is being made into a sweet anime right now) and then there's shows like Lion Maru G, Sh15uya and Gransazer and stuff.

But yeah, who's into that stuff..or am I the only one?

I'm a hardcore Toku fan although I'm not an anime guy. I grew up watching variety of shows such as Super Sentai, Metal Heroes, Ultraman, and my fav series Kamen Rider especially Kabuto and the latest one Drive. I started watching them long time ago back in late-80's. Right before the Power Ranger franchise was born, the very first one I remembered was Bioman and then some Sentai series followed by Kamen Rider Black. I never had knowledge about Japanese superheroes until mid-2000 when I began checking on internet and got to know Tokusatsu in depth.

Now it's time to get out of our shells and express our fandom!

I'm big into the Showa riders, personally. Anime is what got me into Tokusatsu and I used to like Power Rangers. Kamen Rider is one of my big ones but I'm trying to get into ALL Tokusatsu old and new.

I was introduced to Inframan and I'm not disappointed.

If you wanna watch episodes in case you're not aware, there are two Facebook fanpages that upload Toku episodes, movies, short scene, etc.... The first one is "Henshin Fever" for Kamen Rider and the other one "The Super Sentai Network" and here's a chance to witness where the Power Rangers originate.

I love Kamen Rider--especially Den-O. I wish there was a good Kamen Rider video game over here. And Sentai can be pretty good. Also I enjoyed some Robot Detective K, Kikaida, and a lot of other stuff. I never got into Power Rangers.

There's a lot of good music in those shows.
