Theory: Do Sonic and Freedom Planet take place in the same universe?

I came up with this theory a while back, but I'll explain it now.

If you remember my Sonic timeline, the timeline ended 2216 (I made a slight error and accidentally wrote 2116). Well, what happens after that point in the timeline?

The answer is this: Past 2116 at a unknown point in time, a epidemic broke out that wiped out humanity but left mobians alive (because of a much better immune system). Over thousands of years, the mobians become the dominant species and forget about humans, but inherit many pre-epidemic human advances (cars, airships, televisions, etc.) and claim they created it. Also, Earth is renamed "Avalice" by the mobians and all knowledge of their creators is forgotton. F.P. takes place at this time. The three kingdoms could cover what were once the continents of Earth and they adopted oriental cultures and despite not knowing its origins seem to roll with it.

One thing though is that Lilac mention that her species (dragons) came to Avalice long ago. How? What I came up with was this: The Space Colony ARK's orbital system finally loses power around 3600 and it crashes in my opinion what is the present day Kunlun Mountains in western China. The unused DNA specimens from Gerald's research combine with other DNA in the area and thus, Lilac's species was born.

Holes? Errors? Just tell me and I'll fix them!

I have a hard time believing this.

It's like LBT, highly unlikely it takes place on the real earth, more likely in an alternate universe.

You realize you're responding to a 10-11 month old post, but yes this headcanon is plain convoluted and canon breaking in the highest degree, aka it's a dumb headcanon.
