Games with fully AI / CPU controlled matches?
Hey all, I'm looking for a list of games that let you watch some bots go at it, and enjoy the mayhem.

So far all I know is:

Bomberman 64
Guardian Heroes
Street Fighter X Tekken
Sumotori Dreams
Super Smash Bros. (all of them)
Ultra Street Fighter 4
Urban Reign

what else is there? Doesn't have to be a fighting game either. I'm looking for ANY type of game that has multiplayer bot matches without the need for a human player.

Thanks all!

ArmA lets you set up bots and AI. You can either script what you want them to do, or give them some commands and let them do the rest.

COD: Black Ops 2
Rising Storm

You can setup a custom bot game and play with them or sit back and watch. In a BO2 custom match don't pick a gun and it will let you spectate the bots in first person perspective. You change which bot you are watching by pressing the right mouse button. I believe it's something similar in Rising Storm. I only played bots a couple times in that game and play not spectate.

TF2.

You can go into training then go Spectate.

There are mods for Skyrim that lets you do this, summon creatures into an arena and watch them duke it out. Hell, you don't even need mods - just the right perks in Conjuration and Illusion.

Why?
Just.... why? I thought that was the reason streaming services are all the rage and youtube channels are being bought and sold for millions.

Worms always had fun AI battles.
If you start the game and do nothing it should start an automatic bot match, I think.

You can also try the Spring RTS game engine.
People have made their own AI for it and it is interesting to pit them against eachother.

You can't change the initial conditions of the fight, or spec the fighters the way you want to by watching Youtube videos.

That said, Unreal Tournament has some decent bots that can fight each other.
Thanks a lot for the suggestions, all! Highly appreciated! \o/

I'm surprised noone mentioned Q3A. Despite the game being 17 years old you can still change some settings, get activity logs and watch it as a spectator, all can be done on the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ PC you can get your hands on.

I recall a few RTS games that can feature AI vs AI wars.

Supreme commander FA
Supreme commander 2
Planetary Anniliation Titans
Rusted Warfare
Act of Aggression
Defcon

Thats just a few examples.

One of my favorite things to do is to hold a "Contest of luck" where Participants, submit to me their templates to modify their AI's. I've done this twice in Supreme Commander 2 since there are options to modify the AI's behavior and buffs. Thinking of doing this again soon.

I think Soul Calibur 3 had it but I never used that option and I'm not 100% sure anymore

PS: I have SFXT and Ultra SF4 right now on my computer and I absolutely did not know about that option either lol
