Best simulator games to actually learn something in real life
Hello everyone. I had a question that I couldn't find an answer after searching for a while and that might be best answered by gamers than Google. So the question is: What simulator games would be the best to actually learn something in the real world? For example, an auto mechanic simulator that would allow me to do basic repairs on my car (because I suck for cars and their parts) which is not just a puzzle game, a farm simulator (like the one that just got out) that would actually help me if I ever got inside a farm truck on how to drive and operate it, etc. I think a few gamers with jobs related to the games (farmers, truck drivers, etc) could give really helpfull reviews. Thank you

Sakura Spirit.
Killing Floor for learning a British accent.
The only simulator that I can think of that is actually somewhat realistic is Euro Truck Simulator 2.
DayZ. You learn how to survive by mugging and killing people for their can of beans.

I guess that one depression simulation game teaches a person how depression is.
The Pandemic series.
Me: So I'm a bit interested, if you wanna marry someone you say "would you marry me?" and that's all, but what do you say if you wanna be with someone... like boyfriend? Is it the same? "HEY DUUUUDE will you be my boyfriend or something"? And how it happens? Is it like Sims? Chat chat chat, joke, chat chat, boyfriends?
My mother said it was like that, so yeah, thank you so much Sims.

Well, they aren't simulators but there are games where you supposedly can learn a language. So...?
Edit: And cooking games?

Euro Truck Simulator 2, Take On: Helicopters, X-Plane.
Although I must disappoint you, as even the most sophisticated sim doesn't even slightly represent the real experience of driving the truck or flying a helo.
Air control
Full spectrum warrior
DayZ, ArmA 3
DCS

It's a 1:1 Simulation for fighter jets. I'd say 99% of the buttons in the cockpits are clickable, twistable and pullable.

Feh, what ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

NOW,

A good simulator that would actually teach you something is -none of them-. The real thing is different in every. single. respect.
The Sims
World of Tanks, Vocabulary Increasing Simulator.
