I know! But im asking this because one time i saw a post on Tumblr of some things of the site (ya know,BAD things) but i think it was for buying overseas and that,anyways.....!!!

There has been people to hack into other Paypal users accounts before. It was likely due to poor passwords. I also wouldn't trust most people on any social media site, only believe it once people come in mobs complaining about the problem.

No it was more likely newbs to the internets falling for email phishing scams. Those dumb bums are still at it. I don't even use PayPal anymore, yet I still get those efails.

On places like Swappa, they use PayPal exclusively in order to run transactions when you buy a phone from there. I've not yet tried using the PayPal service, but I may do so at some point.

You don't have to make an account to purchase some things through Paypal.
