Weird microphone button in bottom right corner? HELP

In all my steam games there is this greay microphne phone button tha i cant press or anything and its there in the right bottom corner its so annoying idk what it is how do i get rid of it

My "Features" wouldn't populate so I could turn off the setting, ALT+Z is the best solution for me!

If darko's post didn't work here's what I did to remove them.
1.Open up GeForce Experience
2.Press the shadowplay button(Three dots connected with lines)
3.Turn off "Instant Replay" and microphone.

yeah it's an easy thing if you *use* geforce experience, I don't. It's installed because I install the whole driver suite shebang but I don't use it, ever. It doesn't leave an active icon in the tray, and it would have taken a lot of killing processes and checking before I finally found out what was putting the annoying icon there *if not for this thread* (and wtf with share being the default?)

If you still want to use Instant Replay, but want the icon gone, you can press alt+z (or whatever your overlay keybind is).
Then, disable instant replay
Go into the settings on the left of the overlay
Click HUD layout
Click Status Indicator and click the off button
Go back and re-enable Instant Replay
