SCARIEST, most HORRIFYING, and most DISTURBING horror movie you've ever seen.

I'm a huge fan of the horror genre and I've been watching a lot of horror movies lately (The RIng, Paranormal activity, insidious, etc.), but I've yet to find than one movie that is so scarry and disturbing that I can barely keep my eyes on the screen. I want to know: "What is the scarriest movie you're ever seen?"

The intro of the movie "Seed" from Uwe Boll shows real animal cruelty which was provided from PETA to Boll (PETA receives 2.5% from the sales). The movie itself is bad but the intro is very disturbing.
