The likelyhood of Bloodborne releasing on PC is pretty much zero, as Sony is the publisher and they love their exclusive titles.
Sony Online Entertainment being Sold has 0 effect on anything other Sony departments are doing. SOE was merely their MMO branch, they didn't do anything but handle their MMOs like Everquest Franchise and Planetside. They never were responsible for any Ports that weren't an MMO.
But I'll never buy a PS4. Or any other console of this gen.
PC is where it's happening now.
I can barely play all the gems I've bought on Steam while I'm still scratching my head to know what other game than Bloodborne I would play on a 400€ PS4. And to play Bloodborne online, because it is meant to be played online, I would have to pay a monthly fee ? Come on.
A nice move Sony could do would be to make a PC version available in one or two years, just like Rockstar does with GTA. So PS4 owners will still be the first to play it. But one day, the sales will die and the prices drop. Then, they could sell the game again full price to bloodthirsty PC gamers.
But they won't.
