La Tale looks interesting, I might give it a shot
Also I probably should have specified, I don't necessarily need to like reserved land for a shop but being able to open up like a "cart" or "stand" of sorts whever I'm standing would be perfect. Although an entire shop would be pretty fantastic if it would be possible.
If La Tale looks interesting to you, it is safe to say that you'll also like MapleStory.
Both games feature full-fledged market stalls.
Alternatively, there's a recently greenlit MMORPG known as Dream of Mirror Online.
The Repopulation looks to be almost exaclty what I'm looking for, I kind of wanted a fantasy setting but this game seems to have just about everything else I'm looking for. I do have some questions about it though, is it dead or are there a good amount of people playing? How fun do you think it is personally?
I do have maple story installed, but I didn't know it had that feature as well, might give it another shot, thanks!
I really wanted to try star wars galaxies but I learned about it only after it shut down unfortunately, knowing that they still have it going somehow is pretty cool.
And all of those are defunct now.
Xyson
Darkfall Uholy Wars.
All great games HOWEVER, rather boring around the request of 'running your own shop' but they do have the feature
