It depends on the resolution, quality, codec, and file type. A very rough estimate would be somewhere between 3 to 10 megabytes per minute.

Protip: Right click the video file, select properties and that will tell you precisely how much data uploading it will consume.

Quality: 720p HD, and what do you mean by file type?

You would only have the most general idea. So many variables, encoder settings, container, etc. You would almost have to make a few dry runs.

So this post here:
http://video.stackexchange.com/a/8852

Suggests Youtube uses 2 megabits per second for 720p video. That would be 15 megabytes per minute.

111 MB for just a 5 seconds vid..? ( i jus tested it) Am i looking at the wrong one? i Saw the Size one
Sounds like the video is most likely uncompressed. You may want to encode it with a different codec, YouTube recoomends H.264:

Also i used FRAPS
I understand, but you are recording in uncompressed video. Even a minute of that can be gigabytes large. You want to encode it with a lossy codec, which will reduce the quality but significantly reduce the file size.
