City building games with mechanics like Rising World, Space Engineers, Minecraft and Minetest

Hello, I search for a sandbox game that's basically Space Engineers (not Medieval Eng..) but on earth and has water, grass, furniture and others. I wanna build skyscraper city and etc (SimCity is not what i want) . The only other game I saw is Blockland..

Not many, if any game that will allowed you to build a city in that way. Without it being a city sim.

check out Blockscape. I think it might be exactly what you are looking for.

Fair warning though, right now its more of just a building enviroment, not much actual game play
