Has anyone played Fury 3 before?

I remember this game as a kid, but I can't find much on it now, I guess the company's defunct? Does anyone know if it's become abandonware yet?

There's no such thing as abandonwane.

reported for piracy, or not

Watch out for meme master flex over here, and yes there is. If the company doesn't care about the IP, then nobody will enforce it.

Yes I played it too as a kid. Fury 3 had an expansion, F!Zone , and a sequel called Hellbender. There was another game that inspired it called Terminal Velocity. The studio behind them closed doors in 2013

And no it isn't abandonware

It's only sold from random people. I have the original CD, but it doesn't work on Windows 8. It crashes with some failed to load texture error. And if you run it in compatability mode, it ♥♥♥♥♥ up the sound. Any ideas how to get it to work?

Either making an old PC build or setting up a virtual machine.
I tried a VM of WIndows 95 and it didn't work. It complained of the IO ports not being setup.

Also an experience I'd rather not go back to.

I don't think this would help much but try this link (and check the comments)

This site is a good one to bookmark in general (to play old games)
