You can connect a couple of games to PSP. Not many and its not really worth.
Also, if your buying a 2nd hand one. Remember the HDD's are just laptop drives. So you can a good condition PS3 and just purchase a 1TB drive you'll be set for ages. (just remember to double check which versions of the PS3 it is do make absolutly shore the drive is compatable.
That said, there are quite a few games on PS3 that never made it to PC. Stuff like Ratchet and Clank, Jak and Daxter, Sly Cooper, Okami, Uncharted, and even The Last of Us (though I personally did not like that game). I also love the selection of PSOne classics available, as although I had one as a kid, I was too young to play many of its great games, and had it fairly late in its lifecycle to boot. Some of my favorite genres, such as rhythm games and 3D platformers, are more prominent on the PS3 than on other platforms. I myself am impatiently waiting for the Amplitude reboot from Harmonix.
Plus, if you don't already have one, you can use it as a Blu Ray player. So I'd say go for it, though you might want to consider getting a new one, or ONe_mOMENT's suggestion.
