What are your favorite video game soundtracks?

My top five favorites (in no particular order) are:
Halo ODST
Bioshock Infinite
Far Cry 3
Nitronic Rush (which is free online http://torcht.com/nitronic-rush-soundtrack/ as is the game)
Fallout 3

I'm asking because I want to expand my listening library, and I think that the best games have soundtracks that don't only sound great, but fit the mood of the game as well. ODST has a very sad and melodic song that plays softly in the background of the game when out of combat. The song makes you feel completely alone in the ruined city of New Mombasa as you search for the rest of your squad mates.

Those are pretty much my fav songs, although I have a lot more, with SotC and Nier being undoubtedly my favourite ones.
