Nope. Ranma 1/2 has the best english dub.
Debatable, some even say Fullmetal Alchemist had the best English dub. But I think Bebop is one of the few dubs where they put a lot of effort into it and might be even better than the original Japanese version.
Which isn't exactly wrong, because Cowboy Bebop was not a typical anime, in terms of pacing and characterization.
