It's dumb but fun. If you ignore the lyrics.
There's no denying it is that as well, but pop music never was meant to be too much more then that.
I dunno, every music thread seems to get derailed by Rammestein fans.
But you're still dismissing a legtimate form of music simply because of the ridiculous notion that lyrics are supposed have any meaningful sense.
Are you implying that one needs any other reason than that ?
If that is music then I dare say that a dog barking is sweeter to the ear.
I meant that literally, not even rock music fans, but Rammestein fans.
Then you haven't listened to much rap then.
Well, yes. What about it doesn't make it music?
Naked City has you beat by 20 years.

While I am aware of the simple fact that the quality of art and its beauty is purely subjective and because of it something pleasing for one may seem terrible to another and in the end neither will be right or wrong for there is no such concept in terms of enjoyment or entertainment, one has to remember that it does indeed go both ways. For one who stresses importance to lyrics and their meaning, it might seem like an insult to consider the likes listed here as music. But if your tastes and priorities are different so would your judgement be. I suppose arguing on it would yield nothing much.
Oh lol, had my laugh for the day. Well yeah there is that other guy... But yeah...
where's the music?
