I was tested just last week by a psychologist to have an IQ of 99.

This is quite good, since for all the tests that I have sat for in this life, they are always out of 100 points.

I now understand why I cannot concentrate well or pay attention in classes since young. I was too intelligent and should have known it a long time ago instead.

No, it's exactly 100. If you did the tests on a random sample of people and the average IQ was not 100, something went wrong somewhere.
