Will Valve sue Blizzard Entertainment about Overwatch?

Just curious on the matter. For those of you not aware. Blizzard the company behind World of Warcraft cancled their "Project Titan" New MMO then scraped it infavor of "Overwatch" Which looks so much much like an Team Fortress 2 clone I'd be willing to put money on it being a blantant copy paste of it.

Valve has no right to sue Blizzard. The games are completely different. Yes there are SOME similar things, but let's see... No: Hats, Bonus Ducks, Map Clones, Music Re-Vamps, Player Model Clones, Ect... Overwatch also has special abilities for all characters, including a Ultimate which can change the time of a game. These games may be the same in the fact they are a Cartoony FPS with funny jokes, but Overwatch is still a lot different. The chance of Valve sueing Blizzard is as high a chance as high as China's chance to stop cloning everything from games to fast food.

If copyright worked like this, id Software would have had a field day back in the 90's.

Valve had all this time and didn't sue. What does that tell you?
